These analog plug-in modules are an assortment of fully analog fuzz modules for the Jackson Audio FUZZ pedal. These are faithful recreations of multiple historic and sought-after fuzz circuits, replacing the FUZZ’ stock MODERN FUZZ module with the legendary sound of fuzzes through the ages. Dead simple to install, you simply unscrew the FUZZ’ backplate, remove the stock fuzz module and replace it with any of the analog fuzz plug-ins. Voila! Your new fuzz pedal with all its features is accessible ready!
Like the MODERN FUZZ plug-in, the MODERN FUZZ DELUXE plug-in expands the tones available by adding two additional types of clipping. With the jumper set in the DIST (distortion) position, the clipping is smoother and with more headroom. With the jumper set in the OD (overdrive) position, the clipping is smoother still and has the feel and vibe of a vintage overdrive.
