The Alta100 is the flagship 100w amp from Australian based Headfirst Amplification. In a few short years, Headfirst have grown into the US market connecting with industry legends like Dave Freidman, building custom amps for legendary Producer Joe Barresi and having Slipknot's Jim Root choose the Alta100 as the main amp in his live rigs.
With its DNA rooted in our favourite 70's Black and Gold amp from England, the Alta delivers a range of classic, modded and modern tones through the decades in a MIDI controlled experience, making it the ultimate live or session head.
Ch1 delivers plexi style tones from the 60's and early 70's. Ch2 takes us from the late 70's, through the 80's 'brown sounds', through to modern tones and Ch3 delivers massive gain.
