COLORTONE Parasite Overdrive

Colortone Parasite is a JFET based Overdrive guitar pedal with active tone controls.

At a mild drive setting the PARASITE can act as an ‘always on’ pre-amp style device adding a light organic textural sparkle to your clean sound.

With larger amounts of drive you’ll start feeling the creamy tubelike compression, tonal breakup and harmonic complexity of a driven tube amp.

At its most extreme the PARASITE holds no shame in getting dirty and noisy.

Switch to increase the bass response of the signal being fed out of the overdrive circuit, emulating the tonal bass push characteristics of a 4x12 quad box cabinet.
