COLORTONE Optical Tremolo

Colortone’s Optical Tremolo is a wave shapeable analog tremolo effect pedal.

With an optical photoresistor at its core the Optical Tremolo produces a vibrant modulation pulse, slightly asymmetrical in shape, adding a smooth organic vintage character to the effect.

The ‘shape’ control lets you adjust the shape of the modulation curve from a smooth classic sine wave through to a square wave chop tremolo style effect.

Because the pedal designs are Engraved and finished by hand each unit is a unique creation.

The process, by its ‘hand crafted’ nature, bestows each pedal with its own unique charming slight defects, adding a sense of nostalgia and something ‘re-found’ to the resulting design.
