Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all pedal orders over $200. You can pay an extra $5 for Express shipping on orders over $200. For orders under $200, we charge $10 for standard shipping or $15 for express.
We send all smaller packages via Australia Post eParcel. You will be sent the tracking details once the order ships. A signature will be required however you will have the option to choose if you want the package to be left in a safe place via Australia Post. If you do so, you assume responsibility of the package once it has been delivered.
Bulky Items (Amplifiers/Cabinets/Pedalboards)
Bulky items are not eligible for free shipping due to the rising cost of freight. Bulky item orders will need to be quoted and charged prior to shipping. Bulky item orders take an extra day or 2 to process and ship.
SAME DAY SHIPPING
All pedal orders ship the same business day if ordered before 12:30pm eastern. If you missed our 12:30pm cutoff, don't worry; your order is guaranteed to ship within 24 hours.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on All Pedals, Amplifiers & Guitars:
If you are not satisfied with your item you can return it within 14 days of the original purchase date for 100% store credit (less any shipping costs). Please contact us via EMAIL before returning any products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Accessories and Sale item goods are exempt from being returned.
All returns should be insured by the buyer and sent via Australia Post with tracking.
Please do not attach tape or labels to the item box. Please use a packing box to return the item.
If item is received in subpar condition, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged. Please take care of the item if you’re not planning to keep it.
Free shipping only applies to the original purchase. Standard shipping rates apply when credit is used.
*PLEASE NOTE- While we want to help you find the best possible product for your set up, if our return policy is abused we reserve the right to refuse repeat returns.
Refunds:
If a refund is required, a 20% re-stocking fee will apply.
Please Note: It typically takes a few business days for all credit card refunds to be processed and reflected on your statement.
This means it may take a few extra days for your refund to show in your account after your return is processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Cancellations:
Please note, if you cancel an order prior to shipping, you will be responsible for paying any merchant/banking fees. Please choose carefully.
Special / Custom Orders:
All special and custom orders placed for a product not currently in stock will require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The item is not eligible for return or exchange.
