If you are not satisfied with your item you can return it within 14 days of the original purchase date for 100% store credit (less any shipping costs).
All items returned must be in BRAND NEW condition, with zero signs of wear or use and must be returned in the original packaging with ALL materials (free items, warranty cards, plastic, pouches, manuals etc etc.)
If item is received in subpar condition, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged. Please take care of the item if you’re not planning to keep it.
You have up to 14 days for any valid returns from the purchase date. All accessory sales are final. All Clearance sales are final.
All returns should be insured by the buyer and sent via Australia Post with tracking.
Please do not attach tape or labels to the item box. Please use a packing box to return the item.

All special and custom orders placed for a product not currently in stock will require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The item is not eligible for return or exchange.
