Deluxe Guitars is a new division of Deluxe Audio. Deluxe Audio (previously Sound Solution Australia) was formed in 1989 by partners Tony Shanahan and Dave Rees. Starting in a backyard, it has now developed into a company with 7 full-time staff and occupying a 10,000 SqFt factory. Deluxe Guitars is located upstairs at 9 Union St. South Melbourne and has over 100 guitars in store. As well as 'THE AMP ROOM', with a great range of boutique amplifiers for your delight, and our 'COLLECTOR'S CORNER' for those after some second-hand beauties and impossible to find collectibles. The spacious showroom is a friendly atmosphere with a big comfortable orange couch in the middle of the room to relax and admire the fantastic guitars on. We stock a variety of quality brands and endeavour to continue to grow our stock with all the brands you demand. Our staff are always happy to talk to you about guitars and offer their expert opinions.

We are located down Union Street, a ONE-WAY Street off Dorcas Street, near Clarendon Street. Our good friends at THE ACOUSTIC CENTRE and THE BASS CENTRE are only a few blocks away down Park Street. Together, we aim to make South Melbourne, 'The Home of Music'.
PARKING:
Obviously, parking down a one-way street is scarce, but there is a 8-car stretch 1P zone down our street. BE CAREFUL not to park in the 15-min loading zone directly outside our building.

Monday to Friday: 10am - 6pm
Saturday: 10am - 5pm
Sunday: 10am - 12.30pm
